Shipping & Returns
You can also pick up your order. When you wish to pick your order, an appointment must be made. It is also possible to pick up your order at BC Heemskerk in Heemskerk.
For this an appointment is also necessary.
If your order fits through a mailbox, we offer you the possibility to ship your order via an envelop. With this we can not provide you a Track & Trace number. Mailen your order via Envelop mail is at own risk.
Package mail up to 30kg are send via Post NL. You will be updated about the status of your order via the Track & Trace system of Post NL.
Pick up: Free of charge
Package mail up to 10kg: 6,95 EUR.
Package mail more then 10kg: dependent on the size of the package, the tarif can vary. Please contact us for the correct tarif.
The tarif mentioned here above are only appliclable for the Netherlands. For shipping to other countries, please contact us for the correct tarif.
If your order is more then 200,- EUR, shipping costs is free of charge.
All returns needs to be register upfront with an accompanying letter. All returns which are not registered upfront will be rejected. All returns costs are accounted for the sender. Used or damaged goods can not be returned.
Exchange / Swap
If a clothing piece of a pair of shoes does not fit, you can exchange this for the correct size. This is only possible if the required size is still available. The new product will be send after the old product has been returned. If the new product has to be send via package mail, the new costs will be charged.
When the new requested size is not available anymore, it is possible to get a full refund of the product. In all cases, you are required to contact QLT-Sports first, so we can review all possibilities to solve the matter.
